Job Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for chemicals.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, and academic institutions & industries.
3.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and market expansion.
4.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in life sciences consumables and provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers and sales team members.
5.Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
6. Customer Support: Collaborate with customer support and technical teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
8. Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings as necessary.

Education Requirement :
B.B.A. / M.B.A. (Specialization in Marketing)
Experience Requirement :
2 to 3 Years of Relevant Experience
